NATIONS is a private company, based in Athens, which operates in the field of tourism services and at the same time is holding all permits by the Ministry of Transportation as an electronic or telephone intermediator for the rental of Private Passenger Vehicles with driver according to article 13 of Law 4530/2018.

NATIONS provides intermediation services, through a digital technology platform sub-licensed by Uber B.V., between the Customer, who wishes to receive transportation services with private vehicles and driver, and the specially licensed Companies providing transportation services with private passenger vehicles and or with driver.

The Customer, after accessing, browsing and using the NATIONS website or the Uber Rider application to use the Comfort, Van Product, XL Van or Boat Product, sends NATIONS, through the Uber Rider application, a reservation request for a private car with driver service. The reservation is successfully completed upon acceptance of the request by the driver of the Company providing transportation services. Upon completion of the booking, a contract for intermediator and transportation services is concluded between NATIONS and the Customer.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable laws when accessing or using NATIONS’s intermediation services and transportation services provided by the Companies contracted with NATIONS. To obtain the aforementioned services, the Customer consents to the creation of a Passenger Identity and to provide NATIONS with certain personal information, including his/her first and last name, Greek Identity Card or Passport number and pick-up location. The Customer also accepts and agrees that NATIONS, the Company providing the transportation service and its driver are aware of the main details of the contract such as the name of the driver, the Customer, the Customer’s ID/Passport number, the model of the vehicle, the registration number of the vehicle, the price, the starting point of the booking, the destination, the start time and the end time of the booking. Once the Customer submits a request for intermediation and transportation services, NATIONS will provide certain information about the Driver, including the name of the Driver, the plate number of the Vehicle, photograph, rating and location.

Cancellation of the reservation: After the Driver accepts the request, the Customer can cancel the reservation without charge within the first five minutes. For cancelling the request after the five minutes of acceptance, the Customer shall be charged a cancellation fee of 10 Euros for comfort,  10 Euros for van, 12 Euros for van XL and 120 Euros for Boat  in Mykonos and a cancellation fee of 10 Euros for comfort, 10 Euros for van and 12 Euros for van XL in Corfu and Rhodes for cancellation of the request.

Waiting: The Driver waits free of charge for the Customer at the pick-up area up to 5 minutes after arrival. After 5 minutes, the Driver may cancel the trip and the Customer will be charged a cancellation fee 10 Euros for comfort,  10 Euros for van, and 12 Euros for van XL and 120 Euros for Boat in Mykonos and a cancellation fee of 10 Euros for comfort, 10 Euros for van and 12 Euros for van XL in Corfu and Rhodes per cancellation request.

The cancellation fee is paid by the Customer to NATIONS using the payment method indicated by the Customer in the Uber Rider app.

Prices and payment terms: For each intermediation service regarding a transportation service reservation submitted to NATIONS via the Uber Rider app, Customer shall pay the fee (including any taxes and late fees that may be incurred) using a credit card in the app in the name and on behalf of NATIONS. After payment, Customer will receive a payment confirmation via email.

Exclusive Island and City Excursion Packages:

Mykonos:

• Package A (2 hours, 600 euros): Excursion to the southern beaches of the island.
• Package B (4 hours, 1200 euros): Half-day excursion to Rineia or sunset.

Corfu:

• Package A (4 hours, 800 euros): Half-day sunset excursion.
• Package B (8 hours, 1400 euros): Excursion to northern Corfu, Paxos, Diapontia Islands, and Syvota.

Athens:

• Package A (4 hours, 1600 euros): Excursion to the Athenian Riviera up to Sounio.
• Package B (8 hours, 2400 euros): Excursion to Aegina and Agistri.

Prices: The prices for the intermediation and transportation services provided in Mykonos are set as follows:

Boat

Minimum price: 120 Euros 

The following flat fares apply:

The driver has got the right to cancel the trip, if the rider will be late more than 5 minutes from the trip start time with 120 euros charge.

The prices for the intermediation and transportation services provided in Corfu are set as follows:

1.Comfort:

Minimum price: 40 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes
For reservations longer than 30 minutes:
– Base fare: 9.70 Euros
– Per Kilometer: 1.57 Euros
– Per minute: 0,16 Euros

Cancelation fee: 7 Euros
Paid waiting time per minute: 0,30 Euros starting 5 minutes after the arrival of the Driver/Vehicle at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.

2.Van 6 Seats:

Minimum price: 48 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes
For reservations longer than 30 minutes:

– Base fare: 18 Euros
– Per Kilometer: 2.65 Euros
– Per minute: 0,30 Euros

Cancelation fee: 10 Euros
Paid waiting time per minute: 0,5 Euros starting 5 minutes after the arrival of the Driver/Vehicle at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.

3.Van 8 Seats

Minimum price: 55 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes

For reservations longer than 30 minutes:

Base fare: 21.60 Euros

Per Kilometer: 3,18 Euros

Per minute: 0,36 Euros

Cancelation fee: 12 Euros

Paid waiting time per minute: 1,50 Euros starting 5 minutes after the arrival of the Driver/Vehicle at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.

The driver has got the right to cancel the trip, if the rider will be late more than 15 minutes from the trip start time with 63 euros charge.

Reservation:

1. Comfort

• Minimum price: 36 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes
• For reservations longer than 30 minutes and 36 euros:

– Basic Price: 28 Euros

• Price per kilometer: 0.80 Euros
• Price per minute: 0.2 Euros
• Paid waiting time per minute: 0.2 Euros, starting 5 minutes after the trip start time at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.
• Cancelation fee 36 euros, If rider cancels 40 minutes before the trip start time.
• The driver has got the right to cancel the trip, if the rider will be late more than 5 minutes from the trip start time with 36 euros charge.

2. Van 5 Seats

• Minimum price: 44 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes
• For reservations longer than 30 minutes and 44 euros:

– Basic Price: 33 Euros

• Price per kilometer: 1 Euros
• Price per minute: 0.5 Euros
• Paid waiting time per minute: 0.5 Euros, starting 5 minutes after after the trip start time at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.
• Cancelation fee 47 euros, If rider cancels 60 minutes before the trip start time.
• The driver has got the right to cancel the trip, if the rider will be late more than 15 minutes from the trip start time with 47 euros charge.

3. Van 8 Seats

• Minimum price: 60 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes
• For reservations longer than 30 minutes and 60 Euros:

– Basic Price: 43 Euros

• Price per kilometer: 1.5 Euros
• Price per minute: 1.1 Euros
• Paid waiting time per minute: 1.1 Euros, starting 5 minutes after the arrival of the Driver/Vehicle at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.
• Cancelation fee 63 euros, If Rider cancels 60 minutes before the trip start time.
• The driver has got the right to cancel the trip, if the rider will be late more than 15 minutes from the trip start time with 63 euros charge.”

The prices for the intermediation and transportation services provided in Rhodes are set as follows:

1.Comfort:

Minimum price: 36 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes

For reservations longer than 30 minutes:

Base fare: 5 Euros

Per Kilometer: 1 Euros

Per minute: 0,3 Euros

Cancelation fee: 10 Euros

Paid waiting time per minute: 0,3 Euros starting 5 minutes after the arrival of the Driver/Vehicle at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.

2.Van:

Minimum price: 44 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes

For reservations longer than 30 minutes:

Base fare: 14 Euros

Per Kilometer: 1,4 Euros

Per minute: 0,5 Euros

Cancelation fee: 10 Euros

Paid waiting time per minute: 0,5 Euros starting 5 minutes after the arrival of the Driver/Vehicle at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.

3. Van XL

Minimum price: 60 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes

For reservations longer than 30 minutes:

Base fare: 16 Euros

Per Kilometer: 1,8 Euros

Per minute: 0,8 Euros

Cancelation fee: 12 Euros

Paid waiting time per minute: 0,8 Euros starting 5 minutes after the arrival of the Driver/Vehicle at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.

Reservation:

1. Comfort

• Minimum price: 36 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes
• For reservations longer than 30 minutes and 36 euros:

– Basic Price: 5 Euros

• Price per kilometer: 1 Euros
• Price per minute: 0.3 Euros
• Paid waiting time per minute: 0.3 Euros, starting 5 minutes after the trip start time at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.
• Cancelation fee 36 euros, If rider cancels 40 minutes before the trip start time.
• The driver has got the right to cancel the trip, if the rider will be late more than 5 minutes from the trip start time with 36 euros charge.

2. Van 5 Seats

• Minimum price: 44 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes
• For reservations longer than 30 minutes and 44 euros:

– Basic Price: 14 Euros

• Price per kilometer: 1.4 Euros
• Price per minute: 0.5 Euros
• Paid waiting time per minute: 0.5 Euros, starting 5 minutes after after the trip start time at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.
• Cancelation fee 47 euros, If rider cancels 60 minutes before the trip start time.
• The driver has got the right to cancel the trip, if the rider will be late more than 15 minutes from the trip start time with 47 euros charge.

3. Van 8 Seats

• Minimum price: 60 Euros for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes
• For reservations longer than 30 minutes and 60 Euros:

– Basic Price: 16 Euros

• Price per kilometer: 1.8 Euros
• Price per minute: 0.8 Euros
• Paid waiting time per minute: 0.8 Euros, starting 5 minutes after the arrival of the Driver/Vehicle at the pick-up point requested by the Customer.
• Cancelation fee 63 euros, If Rider cancels 60 minutes before the trip start time.
• The driver has got the right to cancel the trip, if the rider will be late more than 15 minutes from the trip start time with 63 euros charge.”

In case of high demand, prices may increase. The increased price is displayed in the Uber Rider app before the trip is ordered. Changing or adding destinations may change the price.

• Life Jackets: Please ensure readily accessible life jackets are provided for all passengers, including minors, underneath the seating areas.
• Emergency Equipment: Confirm that each boat has readily available fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and emergency signaling devices.
• Prohibited Activities: For passenger safety, we strictly prohibit drunk passengers, e-cigarettes/smoking, and the use of any substances onboard.
• E-bikes/Scooters: Unfortunately, e-bikes and scooters are not permitted on the boats.
• Front Deck Access: While the boat is in motion, access to the front deck is strictly prohibited. We kindly request including this information in your communication channels before onboarding.
• Luggage: Due to space limitations, luggage will be limited to two bags per passenger (this may vary depending on the vessel’s capacity).

• Safety Guides: Please provide a safety guide outlining emergency procedures at the back pocket of each seat for easy reference by passengers.
• Pre-Onboarding Briefing: Both the skippers and your communication channels will inform passengers about safety procedures and emergency protocols before onboarding.

• High Speed Craft Code (HSC Code) Compliance: All vessels must comply with the High Speed Craft Code of Safety (2000) (HSC Code) regulations.
• Maintenance and Inspections: Regular maintenance and inspections are mandatory to ensure the seaworthiness of the boats.
• Maritime Regulations: All vessels must operate in accordance with local maritime regulations.
• Equipment Functionality: Prior to each trip, ensure proper functioning of all equipment, including navigation systems and communication devices.
• Skipper Qualifications: All skippers must possess the proper training and certifications for operating the vessels.
• Safety Training: Skippers will participate in regular refresher courses and safety drills.
• Local Knowledge: Skippers will be knowledgeable about local waterways, potential hazards, underwater obstacles, tides, and currents.
• Weather Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of weather conditions is crucial.
• Route Planning: Collaborative routes will be pre-planned to avoid potentially hazardous areas.
• Signage: Clear signage will be displayed onboard, highlighting emergency exits and the locations of safety equipment.

Rider’s obligations. Skippers (drivers) to be checking and training riders before the boarding about (i) rider’s ability to be safe for themselves and others during the trip (e.g. drunk passengers should not be allowed on board); (ii) avoid using any potentially dangerous materials during the trip (e.g. smoking due to the open fire); (iii) follow the safety rules and recommendations on board from skippers

Rating: Customer agrees, if requested, to provide an evaluation of the Ride Service and the Driver and, if desired, to provide comments and observations regarding them.

Personal data: The Customer, by complying with these Terms and Conditions, the laws and the applicable transportation regulations in Mykonos, Corfu and Rhodes, agrees and consents to provide NATIONS with the personal data that will be requested, including name, Greek Identity Card or Passport number and pick-up location, in order to obtain the intermediation and transportation services and authorizes NATIONS, its contracted Transportation Companies and their drivers to use his/her personal data to provide Customer with the transport services.

Liability: NATIONS shall be liable for direct damages actually suffered by the Customer due to a breach of its obligations in relation to the services provided by it, subject to the provisions of the Law and the present Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure: Any event beyond the sphere of responsibility of the parties to the contract which prevents them from fulfilling their obligations, relieving them of these obligations for the duration of the event and its effects. In case of force majeure, each party shall immediately inform the other party.

Applicable law and jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions and the obligations arising out of or related to them shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with Greek law. The Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise between the parties arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

The services provided by NATIONS are performed exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions, which apply to all future business relations with the Customer, even if they are not expressly re-agreed upon. Silence on the part of NATIONS regarding the modification or deviation of the terms and conditions does not imply its consent, even if executed without reservation. NATIONS must notify the Customer by email or by means of a notice on the Uber app in the event of a change to these terms and conditions. The Customer will be deemed to have accepted this change as long as the Customer continues to use the NATIONS website or submit requests for booking transportation services on NATIONS through the Uber Rider app.

Amendments and additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. If any term and condition herein is held invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.36
